Frederick County Public Schools is offering a free meals program to school-aged children each Wednesday throughout the summer of 2021.

On June 23, 30; July 7, 14, 20, 28; and August 4, 11 and 18, school-aged children will be able to receive a free meal box between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. at Apple Pie Ridge Elementary School, Redbud Run Elementary School or Sherando High School.

Each box will contain seven shelf stable breakfasts, seven shelf stable lunches and a gallon of milk. Children do not need to be enrolled in Frederick County Public Schools in order to receive a meal box.
