In 2000, he moved to Kinston, North Carolina again serving as the sports director for the flagship station of the Kinston Indians. Many of the members of those teams are still in the major leagues (C.C. Sabathia, Victor Martinez, Jhonny Peralta and many more). As well as other affiliates of a regional high school radio and television sports network.
After leaving Kinston, Brian returned to Ohio and split time broadcasting and coaching Basketball at Kingsway Christian School and The Ohio State University at Mansfield Women’s Basketball team. Some highlights from those years were winning conference championships and defeating Ohio Christian University the year they were National Champions.

Besides his personal passion of sports, Brian’s biggest passion is family. He is the proud father of Jason who is a freshman at Wittenberg University, proud husband to his wife Melissa and the proud son of Bob and Jeanene Collins.
